SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Morning Yoga
DESCRIPTION:An hour of yoga for LGBTQ+ people of all abilities\n\n\nJoin us for an hour of yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nYoga is held on Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 12pm. Please check eventbrite for any changes and ensure you have registered before attending. Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you wish. \nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. All donations go towards supporting the ongoing work of the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nPlease note that we are unable to refund donations. \nAbout the facilitators: \nMorning yoga is run by a rotating group of LGBTQ+ volunteers\, all of whom are professionally qualified yoga instructors. \nAccessibility at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid and mpox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling symptoms including headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough\, chills and unusual spots\, scabs or ulcers. \nMasks and hand sanitiser are available for use free of charge. This one-off session\, led by experienced art and group therapists\, offers a sneak peek into the 6-week program. \nThrough creative activities and open discussions\, we’ll explore ways to strengthen\, nurture\, and maintain relationships—whether with partners\, friends\, or within the LGBTQ+ community. It’s a chance to connect with others in a supportive\, welcoming space and get a feel for what the full workshop has to offer! \nDon’t miss out—come and see what it’s all about! \nAbout the faciliators: \nThe Women’s Hub is a welcoming\, inclusive space that offers support\, resources\, and workshops for women of all backgrounds.
