SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Morning Yoga
DESCRIPTION:An hour of yoga for LGBTQ+ people of all abilities\n\n\nJoin us for an hour of yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nYoga is held on Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 12pm. Please check eventbrite for any changes and ensure you have registered before attending. Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you wish. \nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. All donations go towards supporting the ongoing work of the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nPlease note that we are unable to refund donations. \nAbout the facilitators: \nMorning yoga is run by a rotating group of LGBTQ+ volunteers\, all of whom are professionally qualified yoga instructors. \nAccessibility at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid and mpox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling symptoms including headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough\, chills and unusual spots\, scabs or ulcers. \nMasks and hand sanitiser are available for use free of charge. DESCRIPTION:For all LGBTQ+ performers!\n\n\nCome\, take the mic and talk/sing/dance/perform in whichever way you see fit. All performances are welcome. \nWe want to cultivate a welcoming energy where we all feel comfortable to stand in front of people and just go for it! \nIf you want to just sit and relax or don’t know for sure whether you are up for performing with an audience\, you’re also welcome to come and take a look at what’s on. Maybe you find the inspiration to take the mic next time. \nInstruments are not going to be available\, but you’re welcome to bring your own. \nTime will be limited to five minutes per appearance.
