SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Morning Yoga
DESCRIPTION:An hour of yoga for LGBTQ+ people of all abilities\n\n\nJoin us for an hour of yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nYoga is held on Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 12pm. Please check eventbrite for any changes and ensure you have registered before attending. Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you wish. \nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. All donations go towards supporting the ongoing work of the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nPlease note that we are unable to refund donations. \nAbout the facilitators: \nMorning yoga is run by a rotating group of LGBTQ+ volunteers\, all of whom are professionally qualified yoga instructors. \nAccessibility at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid and mpox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling symptoms including headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough\, chills and unusual spots\, scabs or ulcers. \nMasks and hand sanitiser are available for use free of charge. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to The SWANA Queer Network! \nThese social gatherings have been an absolute joy. We hope you can make the next one on Saturday 26 October. \nThis group welcomes LGBTQ+ people from S.W.A.N.A (South West Asia and North Africa) regions\, their lovers and diaspora. This big social gathering is an opportunity to meet new people\, make friends and connect. \nAs SWANA Queers our hearts are with all of those affected by the ongoing violence and suffering in our beautiful home countries and we come together here in unity\, love and strength. \nWe invite those who wish to bring a small dish of food to do so – we do love a bring and share! (optional). \nPlease try to arrive as early as possible. Although we vacate the space at 8pm\, the group typically continues to socialise after the main event. This is likely to be at a nearby cost-friendly bar.
