DESCRIPTION:Discover a natural way to improve your overall health\, energy and sense of wellbeing through Auricular Acupuncture\n\n\nThis alternative therapy is based on the concept that the ear is a microsystem reflecting the entire body – in a similar way to reflexology. \nThere’s over 200 points on the ear! SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Community Meditation
DESCRIPTION:This guided meditation group creates a unique space for LGBTQ+ people to foster friendship and practice meditation.\n\n\nThe sessions will feature a variety of mindfulness\, loving-kindness and wisdom meditations. There’ll also be sharing & connecting\, poetry and more. Through this\, we’ll cultivate a warm awareness of our own experience and go beyond the individual to explore how we can grow and flourish as a community. There’ll also be the option to socialise in the cafe area after. \nNo prior meditation experience required. Also suitable for those who are trying to establish a regular practice within a supportive environment. \nSessions are free\, with an optional donation towards establishing a permanent LGBTQ+ community centre. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun and laid-back chat with other LGBTQ+ crafters!\n\n\nAbout this event \nThis is a meetup for everyone interested in crafting and who would like to meet and chat with other craft lovers. \nBring your own craft project\, and meet us at the LGBTQ+ Centre for a chat and craft time. We will share what we are crafting\, ideas\, tips but also just enjoy being together. \nAbout the organiser: \nIn 2023 the group will be facilitated by a couple of different community members. Each group is non-hierarchal and open to all. \nAccessibility: \nThe Centre is wheelchair accessible but does not have wheelchair accessible toilets.
