SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Morning Yoga
DESCRIPTION:An hour of yoga for LGBTQ+ people of all abilities\n\n\nJoin us for an hour of yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nYoga is held on Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 12pm. Please check eventbrite for any changes and ensure you have registered before attending. Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you wish. \nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. DESCRIPTION:LGBTQIA+ and polyamory knowledgeable\, racially conscious\, sex-positive\, intersectional therapy with therapist\, Eunice Hung. \nEunice is a BACP registered integrative therapist\, offering a warm\, non-judgemental\, supportive and personalised approach. \nShe aims to help you explore and process any significant life issues\, traumatic history\, unwanted thoughts and beliefs\, and compulsive behaviours that are holding you back. Eunice provides an environment which is kink\, sexuality\, and consensual non-monogamy/polyamory positive\, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. \nShe’s committed to creating a space that’s welcoming to anyone from a marginalised identity\, especially those who are racially or culturally minoritised. \nEunice uses a combination of therapeutic strategies and specialises in working with people exploring Gender\, Sex(uality)\, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) issues in a trauma-informed\, racially-aware context. Did you overhear a snippet of dialogue you want to write? \nJoin us at a new LGBTQ+ writing workshop group! \nOpen to anyone writing or wanting to write; those with work to share for feedback\, or those seeking motivation to write. \nThis space is open to all genres and all levels of experience are welcome. \nWe will write\, share prompts\, and provide feedback in a positive way centering care for the writer. \nTogether we will form a community of writers nurturing our work and ourselves as LGBTQ+ artists. Please join us for an open chat for all language levels. \nConversation will be led by our facilitator Fran\, and will include questions and small exercises. \nPlease note this is not a formal lesson.
