SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Morning Yoga
DESCRIPTION:An hour of yoga for LGBTQ+ people of all abilities\n\n\nJoin us for an hour of yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nYoga is held on Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 12pm. Please check eventbrite for any changes and ensure you have registered before attending. Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you wish. \nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. SUMMARY:The Harvey Monologues
DESCRIPTION:Four timely short monologues about becoming of age for an invisible generation.\n\n\nBecoming of age in the LGBTQ+ community can be a lonely and isolating experience. \nThe Harvey Monologues performance hopes to raise awareness of the real issues within the community through the fictitious character of Harvey\, who represents some of the people\, thoughts\, mental health challenges and issues faced in later years. \nThe monologues will be performed by members of Melanin Vybz (50+ BPOC meetup at the Centre) including Richard Thompson\, Jeffrey Pickering\, Jay Patel and Bryan Murphy. \nAbout the facilitator \nRichard Thompson is a visual and written creative.
