DESCRIPTION:The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre is closed from Monday 4 August until Sunday 28 September to rebuild our toilet facilities. \nFind out about the new accessible toilet plans here and check out more info on our FAQs page. \nThree events are taking place at other locations until we reopen: \n\nNA – every Wednesday\, 7-8pm at The Outside Project \n50+ Friday Social – every Friday at 1-3pm at Old Compton St\n40+ and Up LGBTQ+ Women Social –  at BFI Cafe\n\nTwo events will take place in the week we reopen\, but require tickets to attend. We won’t be open for walk-ins during these events: \n\nDIY Strap Making Workshop – Thursday 25 September at 1-5pm\nQueer Dungeons and Dragons – Saturday 27 September at 6-8pm\n\nWe’ll see you on Sunday 28 September!

DESCRIPTION:A monthly social meetup for queer women\, trans and non-binary people over 40.\n\n\nJoin Sappho Events for a tea or coffee and conversation\, meeting fellow queer women\, trans and non-binary people over the age of 40. \nAugust’s meetup will take place at the Benugo BFI Cafe due to the Centre being closed. \nAbout the organiser \nSappho Events creates safe\, sober and social spaces for LGBTQIA+ women\, trans and non-binary people to connect over common interests in non-alcohol-fuelled environments. \nFor more information\, please visit www.sapphoevents.co.uk. \nAccessibility \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the Centre if they are feeling any Covid-19 symptoms including headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough and chills. \nYou can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable.
