DESCRIPTION:Weekly Muay Thai Self-Defence classes focused on building confidence\, communication\, and empowerment in a supportive\, judgement-free space.\n\n\nKarina’s Muay Thai classes focuses on building confidence\, communication\, and empowerment in a supportive\, judgement-free space. Students are encouraged to train at their own pace while building physical strength\, fitness\, and practical skills. \nThrough interactive drills\, partner work\, and teamwork\, students develop coordination\, resilience\, and confidence—whether their goal is fitness\, self-defence\, or training to compete in the long term. \nAbout the facilitator \nBorn in Hong Kong\, Karina began her martial arts journey at 4 years old. With over 18 years of training and competition across multiple countries\, she brings a versatile background in Muay Thai\, Taekwondo\, K1\, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her adaptable style blends technical skill\, fitness\, and fun. \nKarina’s classes are a safe\, welcoming space with no judgement – only encouragement.
