SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Morning Yoga
DESCRIPTION:An hour of yoga for LGBTQ+ people of all abilities\n\n\nJoin us for an hour of yoga at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nYoga is held on an ad-hoc basis on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am – 12pm. Please check Eventbrite for any changes and ensure you have registered before attending. Yoga mats are provided but please bring your own if you wish. \nSessions are charged on a pay-what-you-can basis. DESCRIPTION:Young Southwark Sexual Health (for anyone aged 14-25) and Naz have teamed up to run a monthly sexual health and wellbeing drop-in at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nThe drop in will be a relaxed non-judgemental space to: \n\nFind out about our free and confidential services\nReceive support/advice on relationships\, sexual health and wellbeing\nAccess free sexual health resources inc. leaflets\, condoms and clitoris/sperm keyrings!\n\nIf\, for some reason\, we are unable to offer direct support to you\, we are partnered with many community organisations in the boroughs and will do our best to signpost you to services that are best suited to you. \nWhether you’re looking to learn more about STI testing\, PrEP\, consent\, safer sex\, or pleasure\, or just want a quiet space to decompress with others who get it\, this drop-in is for you. \nNo appointments\, no judgment — just community\, care\, and conversation. \nAbout the facilitators \nNaz is a sexual health charity working to address sexual health inequalities in Black\, Brown and Global Majority and LGBTQ+ communities. We have over 30 years of experience working across London to provide culturally specific interventions to communities disproportionately impacted by poor sexual\, reproductive and HIV outcomes. \nYoung Southwark Sexual Health (YSSH) a sexual health service for young people between the ages of 14 to 25 in the London Borough of Southwark.
