DESCRIPTION:Make new friends in a relaxed and fun interactive event at the LGBTQ+ Community Centre for Black\, Global Majority/POC Londoners! \nJoin us for an evening of connection and celebration during LGBTQ+ History Month at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre! 🌈✨ \nThis Queer Global Mixer is a chance for Queer Global Majority (QGM) individuals to come together in a safe and inclusive space to make new friends\, share experiences\, and celebrate our vibrant identities. \nWhether you’re here to meet like-minded individuals\, learn more about our heritage project\, or simply enjoy a relaxed afternoon with great company\, this event is for you. \nWhat to expect: \n\n4:30pm: Doors open – come in\, grab a refreshment\, mix and mingle!\n5:30pm: Welcome and introductions – learn about Queer Global and our exciting upcoming free LGBTQ+ heritage events and activities.\n5:45 PM: Interactive LGBTQ+ History Month activities and icebreakers – a fun way to connect with others.\n6:45pm: Time to mingle and share your stories with others at your own pace.\n7:30pm: Event concludes. For those who’d like to continue\, join us at a nearby bar for informal drinks and socialising.\n\nWhy attend? \n\nMeet and connect with other queer global majority and migrant individuals in a welcoming and supportive environment.\nFind your tribe / build your chosen family!\nLearn more about Queer Global and how you can get involved in our heritage project.\nCelebrate diversity and community with like-minded people.\n\nImportant Information: \n\nThe event is free and open to all Queer Global Majority individuals and allies.\nSnacks/nibbles provided.\nThe London LGBTQ+ Community Centre is an alcohol-free venue. Hot drinks available to purchase from the venue.\nSpace is limited\, so RSVP to secure your spot!\n\nLet’s connect\, celebrate\, and build something extraordinary together.
