DESCRIPTION:Discover the transformative power of TRE! \nTRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) are a set of exercises that can release long-held tension patterns and promote new feelings of embodiment and ease. \nShaking is a new stimulus to the nervous system and when approached with curiosity and conscious awareness can support resilience and growth.TRE® is a safe\, natural process to relax\, reset and reframe overprotective reflexes. \nCertified TRE® Provider\, Michael Peck\, is offering one-on-one sessions in Tension/Stress/Trauma Release Exercises. \nThis body-based therapy releases pent-up stress and tension stuck in the body and resets your nervous system through natural neurogenic tremors and shaking. \nConnect with your body’s natural ability to release tension and anxiety through shaking and gain valuable tools for self-regulation and grounding. \nThe cost is £60 per one-on-one session. DESCRIPTION:Queer Kizomba is back for another run in London! \nJoin The Blacker the Berry Project for a new 6-week journey led by the one and only Tsunami Tânia throughout 2025 UK Black History Month. This progressive course offers a welcoming space to explore the beautiful rhythms and sensual movements of Kizomba\, reimagined through a queer and inclusive lens. \nEach week\, you will learn the fundamentals of this Angolan dance style and music genre\, from its signature steps to its cultural significance\, all while embracing creativity\, authentic self-expression\, and community. \nThis course is designed to build confidence and skill progressively\, and open to all levels and everyone. DESCRIPTION:LGBTQIA+ and polyamory knowledgeable\, racially conscious\, sex-positive\, intersectional therapy with therapist\, Eunice Hung. \nEunice is a BACP registered integrative therapist\, offering a warm\, non-judgemental\, supportive and personalised approach. \nShe aims to help you explore and process any significant life issues\, traumatic history\, unwanted thoughts and beliefs\, and compulsive behaviours that are holding you back. Eunice provides an environment which is kink\, sexuality\, and consensual non-monogamy/polyamory positive\, and LGBTQIA+ friendly. \nShe’s committed to creating a space that’s welcoming to anyone from a marginalised identity\, especially those who are racially or culturally minoritised. \nEunice uses a combination of therapeutic strategies and specialises in working with people exploring Gender\, Sex(uality)\, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) issues in a trauma-informed\, racially-aware context.
