SUMMARY:LGBTQIA+ Lambeth and Southwark Mental Health Consultation
DESCRIPTION:Your Voice Matters: Help develop LGBTQIA+ services and spaces in Lambeth and Southwark \nAre you looking for a safe and welcoming space to connect with other LGBTQIA+ people in Lambeth and Southwark? Are you interested in mental health and well-being? \nSouth East London Mind wants to help develop mental health services and spaces that address the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community in Lambeth and Southwark. We’ll be doing this in 2 ways: \n\nAn in-person consultation on Friday 4th October 6-8pm at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre in Southwark. Attendees will be offered a £20 shopping voucher to thank them for their time and input. You must register if you want to attend as places are limited.\n\n\nAn online survey which is open until 23rd October. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete\, and you can enter to win a £100 shopping voucher for your time.\n\nWhat we want to know: \n\nWhat are your experiences of using mental health services?\nWhat kind of services and spaces would you like to see available?\n\nAccessibility at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid and mpox safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the Centre if they are feeling any Covid-19 and/or mpox symptoms including headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough\, chills and unusual spots\, scabs or ulcers. \nYou can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable.
