SUMMARY:Dykes Who Hike: Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:This Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath is your invitation to pause\, reset\, and reconnect. You’ll be guided into deep rest using the soothing tones of crystal bowls\, helping to calm the mind and release stress. It’ll be lush. \nThe session begins with welcome drink so you can catch up with friends or make new ones\, there will also be time at the end to chat\, enjoy the cocoon-like vibes or pull a moon card! \nWhether you’re dealing with burnout\, poor sleep\, or simply need a moment to breathe\, this is your permission to lie down and do absolutely nothing. \nUnfortunately\, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions\, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They’re also not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending. \nPlease note this is an exclusive Sound Bath for the Dykes Who Hike community. \nAccessibility \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the Centre if they are feeling unwell including headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough and chills. \nYou can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre. \nFor current information on Covid-19 please visit the NHS website. \nDonate to the Centre \nWe rely on donations to ensure that the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre can keep its doors open for years to come. \nTo donate or become a Friend of the Centre\, visit our website.
