SUMMARY:Sensuality Vision Board Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join Helena and Imale in this sensuality workshop\, using vision board making as a gateway to explore and awaken erotic desires. \n\n\n\n\nMeet your erotic self in a completely different environment without the sexual performance or vulnerability of physical nakedness. \nThe erotic is a power(resource) that is deep inside all of us – this power has been corrupted and we’ve been disconnected from it. We don’t know how to recognise it nor how to harness its potency. \nIn this workshop\, we’ll be creating a ritualised\, non-judgemental\, explorative and creative space\, using vision boards to envision our erotic blueprints. We’ll be drawing from African\, Eastern\, Western traditions\, nature\, and your lived experiences. \nEasy-going space to chat\, get creative\, and explore. Together\, we’ll find a new way to feel truly alive. \nMaterials and refreshments will be available\, we only ask for you to bring yourselves and an openness to connect. \n\nThis event is for LGBTQ+ people over 18. \nAbout the facilitators \nHelena (she/they) from A Shade of Black\, a Creative Consultancy built to collaborate with visual artists and creatives as they navigate the art world\, they strive to enhance the creative’s journey. \nImale (they/them) from Nlovu\, a sensual wellness space rooted in embodiment\, self-discovery\, and emotional depth. \nNlovu supports individuals in exploring sensuality\, releasing shame\, and reconnecting with their innate power within a space that is both nurturing and expansive. \n\nAccessibility at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the Centre if they are feeling any Covid-19 symptoms including a headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough or chills. \nYou can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable.
