DESCRIPTION:Discover the transformative power of TRE! \nTRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) are a set of exercises that can release long-held tension patterns and promote new feelings of embodiment and ease. \nShaking is a new stimulus to the nervous system and when approached with curiosity and conscious awareness can support resilience and growth.TRE® is a safe\, natural process to relax\, reset and reframe overprotective reflexes. \nCertified TRE® Provider\, Michael Peck\, is offering one-on-one sessions in Tension/Stress/Trauma Release Exercises. \nThis body-based therapy releases pent-up stress and tension stuck in the body and resets your nervous system through natural neurogenic tremors and shaking. \nConnect with your body’s natural ability to release tension and anxiety through shaking and gain valuable tools for self-regulation and grounding. \nThe cost is £60 per one-on-one session.
