SUMMARY:Dykes Who Hike: Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:This Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath is your invitation to pause\, reset\, and reconnect. You’ll be guided into deep rest using the soothing tones of crystal bowls\, helping to calm the mind and release stress. It’ll be lush. \nThe session begins with welcome drink so you can catch up with friends or make new ones\, there will also be time at the end to chat\, enjoy the cocoon-like vibes or pull a moon card! \nWhether you’re dealing with burnout\, poor sleep\, or simply need a moment to breathe\, this is your permission to lie down and do absolutely nothing. \nUnfortunately\, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions\, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They’re also not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions.
