DESCRIPTION:A weekly strength and conditioning class suitable for all levels.\n\n\nA full body workout including mat work and body weight exercises. \nThis class is designed to support balance\, strength and coordination with a range of steady controlled movements. \nThis class would benefit anyone starting out with strength and conditioning\, those wanting to improve performance or folks ccoming back to fitness and training. \nThis class will complement other training such as sports\, marathons or strength programmes as well as day-to-day living to help you build strong foundations for better mobility\, strength and conditioning. \nAbout the facilitator \nLianne is an LGBTQ+ focused strength and conditioning coach and community facilitator. She runs classes\, coaching groups and 1-1 personal training sessions around South London. DESCRIPTION:A peer support space to tackle the sometimes stressful work of name changes\, medical appointments\, passport applications and more admin.\n\n\nDo you have admin that you need to do around your transition? Would you like some support? Perhaps you want to legally change your name or your bank details? \nThese Trans Admin Group support sessions are a space where you can come to with any trans admin that you’re needing to do: \nSometimes we just need some encouragement from others\, or not to be alone with this. Other times we might have very specific questions or need support with an admin task. With over 18 years of training and competition across multiple countries\, she brings a versatile background in Muay Thai\, Taekwondo\, K1\, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The evening begins with a screening of Noah’s Arc\, a landmark film highlighting Black queer male love and relationships. \nThere will be a short comfort break after the screening where attendees are invited to bring snacks and drinks to share with others. \nFollowing the short break\, attendees will participate in small-group conversations (4–6 people per group) designed to foster connection\, reflection\, and shared joy. Conversation prompts will focus on themes such as personal growth\, authentic relationships\, and creating joy in everyday life. \nThe goal of the event is to provide a safe\, supportive\, and intentional space outside of traditional nightlife\, where Black gay men can come together\, be seen\, and connect on a meaningful level. Perhaps you want to legally change your name or your bank details? \nThese Trans Admin Group support sessions are a space where you can come to with any trans admin that you’re needing to do: \nSometimes we just need some encouragement from others\, or not to be alone with this. DESCRIPTION:Created to give you space\, and support\, to explore what wellbeing and empowering self-care look like for you.\n\n\nThe Self-Care Sanctuary is a relaxed and joyful two-part workshop. \nBook a ticket for part one. In order to take part in these workshops\, you will need to attend one of the two dates from part one. \nThe Self-Care Sanctuary was created to give you space\, and support\, to explore what wellbeing and empowering self-care look like for you. We will draw on neuroscience and a range of wellbeing practices including meditation\, dance\, journalling\, nature work\, breathing\, drawing\, gentle movement\, and community. \nThese workshops are an LGBTQ+ space where stories\, wisdom\, and kindness are celebrated. Recognising that each of you will bring your own self-knowledge and curiosity to the topic of self-care and wellbeing. \nAfter the workshops you will have the techniques and resources to shape your own self-care toolkit. As well as the opportunity to make connections and learn from each from each other. \nPart one is taking place on Monday 16 June and Monday 7 July 2025 (so you can pick a date that works for you). Part two is happening from Sep-Dec 2025. \nAbout the facilitator \nSal (they/them) has been working in People Development for over 10 years with a focus on wellbeing\, inclusion\, and authenticity. Sal uses positive psychology and a facilitative approach to create spaces for people to explore what wellbeing and empowered self-care feels like for them. \nSal holds a MSc in People Development from Birkbeck\, University of London. They combine their decade of practical experience with research and working internationally to ensure the advice they give is robust and anchored in best practice. With a focus on curiosity and kindness Sal leads workshops in a supportive and joyful way. DESCRIPTION:A space for LGBTQ+ freelancers\, students and work-from-homers\n\n\nJoin us for coffee\, a desk and queer business! \nEvery Wednesday the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre opens its space for freelancers\, students and anyone that work remotely. \nAt 1pm we’ll have a social lunch hour so we can have an arranged time to break for lunch and have a chat. It can be tricky to fit in a proper lunch break and we are hoping this will help. \nIf you don’t want to join\, that’s okay! It’ll just be an hour with slightly more chatting and background noise\, no pressure at all. On sunny days we’ll eat outside. \nThis coworking space is run in partnership with Business Queers\, a network of freelancers and small business operators. DESCRIPTION:A peer support space to tackle the sometimes stressful work of name changes\, medical appointments\, passport applications and more admin.\n\n\nDo you have admin that you need to do around your transition? Would you like some support? Perhaps you want to legally change your name or your bank details? \nThese Trans Admin Group support sessions are a space where you can come to with any trans admin that you’re needing to do: \nSometimes we just need some encouragement from others\, or not to be alone with this. Other times we might have very specific questions or need support with an admin task. DESCRIPTION:A monthly support group for LGBTQ+ people who’ve left their religion.\n\n\nWere you part of a high-control religion\, have you deconstructed or been expelled? Have you lost contact with family\, friends and community? Then this is the group for you. \nAde started this group to create a space for people to share their experiences of their exit from religion\, the way that it has impacted their lives and to find community again. \nIf you are looking for people who understand what you have been through and want to meet some cool queer peeps\, then come to losing my religion. \nP.S. this is not an anti-religion group. \nAbout the facilitator \nAde (he/him) is from a super religious family. Students are encouraged to train at their own pace while building physical strength\, fitness\, and practical skills. \nThrough interactive drills\, partner work\, and teamwork\, students develop coordination\, resilience\, and confidence—whether their goal is fitness\, self-defence\, or training to compete in the long term. \nAbout the facilitator \nBorn in Hong Kong\, Karina began her martial arts journey at 4 years old. With over 18 years of training and competition across multiple countries\, she brings a versatile background in Muay Thai\, Taekwondo\, K1\, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her adaptable style blends technical skill\, fitness\, and fun. \nKarina’s classes are a safe\, welcoming space with no judgement – only encouragement. Flora is a lead nurse at Bridge@Southwark\, a transgender primary care service.
