SUMMARY:Queer Armenian Social
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxed social full of bonding\, discussion\, and chitter-chatter!\n\n\nAs queer people\, it can be hard for us to bond with Armenians in the UK\, while as Armenians in UK queer spaces we often struggle to find people who can connect with our Armenian side – the music\, movie references\, language\, Armenian political anxiety. \nThe aim of the Queer Armenian Social is to create a regular opportunity for queer Armenians to meet and make friends who understand them in their entirety – their queerness and Armenian-ess alike. This is our space. \nAccessibility \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the Centre if they are feeling unwell including headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough and chills. \nYou can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre. \nFor current information on Covid-19 please visit the NHS website. \nDonate to the Centre \nWe rely on donations to ensure that the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre can keep its doors open for years to come. \nTo donate or become a Friend of the Centre\, visit our website.
