SUMMARY:LGBTQ+ Sexual Health and Wellbeing Drop-in
DESCRIPTION:Young Southwark Sexual Health (for anyone aged 14-25) and Naz have teamed up to run a monthly sexual health and wellbeing drop-in at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre. \nThe drop in will be a relaxed non-judgemental space to: \n\nFind out about our free and confidential services\nReceive support/advice on relationships\, sexual health and wellbeing\nAccess free sexual health resources inc. leaflets\, condoms and clitoris/sperm keyrings!\n\nIf\, for some reason\, we are unable to offer direct support to you\, we are partnered with many community organisations in the boroughs and will do our best to signpost you to services that are best suited to you. \nWhether you’re looking to learn more about STI testing\, PrEP\, consent\, safer sex\, or pleasure\, or just want a quiet space to decompress with others who get it\, this drop-in is for you. \nNo appointments\, no judgment — just community\, care\, and conversation. \nAbout the facilitators \nNaz is a sexual health charity working to address sexual health inequalities in Black\, Brown and Global Majority and LGBTQ+ communities. We have over 30 years of experience working across London to provide culturally specific interventions to communities disproportionately impacted by poor sexual\, reproductive and HIV outcomes. \nYoung Southwark Sexual Health (YSSH) a sexual health service for young people between the ages of 14 to 25 in the London Borough of Southwark. We’re here to support young people with their sexual and reproductive health. We provide non-judgemental support and help you to feel confident in your own journey regarding your sexual health and relationships. \nAccessibility at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre \nThe Centre’s accessibility statement is here. \nCovid safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre: \nTo keep our community safe\, we ask that all visitors do not visit the Centre if they are feeling any Covid-19 and/or mpox symptoms including a headache\, fever\, sore throat\, consistent cough or chills. \nYou can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable.
