Winter Wellbeing Workshop (6-week online programme)

A series of six two-hour workshops will be facilitated across November and December. In these sessions, participants will develop their skills in noticing fluctuations in mood, and learn new strategies to help regulate their emotions. The workshops will not be a formal therapeutic space, and as such, will not invite in-depth exploration of participants’ histories or contexts. Instead, this will be a space for collaborative learning and peer support, as we develop our compassionate selves and apply new skills to our day-to-day lives.
As spaces are limited for this series of workshops, we ask that participants are able to commit to attending all 6 sessions.
Dates (by booking a ticket you confirm your availability for the following):
- Tuesday 4 November
- Tuesday 11 November
- Tuesday 18 November
- Tuesday 2 December
- Tuesday 9 December
- Tuesday 16 December
It is essential that participants commit to the 6-week programme to get the most out of the workshops, as there will be a gradual development of ideas and skills over time.
