The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre works with a network of groups from across the LGBTQ+ community. This includes hosting a number of regular groups.

Opening Doors
Opening Doors support LGBTQ+ people over 50 across the UK. They meet every Friday from 1-3pm for their weekly coffee morning, as well as monthly for their bisexual group, trans/NB group and POC group.

Queer China UK

Queer China UK is a campaign group aimed at supporting the Chinese-speaking LGBTQ+ and feminist communities in China, the UK, and across the diaspora.
The group runs a regular Chinese-language meetup for native speakers and learners. For more info on the language group visit our Eventbrite.
LGBTQ Indian Network UK (GIN)

The LGBTQ Indian Network UK (formerly GIN) hosts a monthly sober space at the Centre for LGBTQ+ people of South Asian heritage.
Sunday Meditation
Mediation sessions are led by a collective of our community members and take place every Sunday from 11am-12pm. No previous experience is required. Register or check for schedule changes on our Eventbrite.
LGBTQ+ Yoga
Yoga takes place weekly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am-12pm.
Our instructors come from a variety of backgrounds and practices, but all sessions are beginner friendly.

Queer To Stay (Narcotics Anonymous)
Queer to Stay is a regular group for LGBTQ+ people in recovery from harmful drug use.
The group is free to attend and is held in a closed and confidential space every Wednesday from 7-8pm. For more information visit the NA website (registration is not required).
Asexual UK
Asexual UK hosts a monthly meetup for aromantic and asexual people. Times vary so please check details and register on our Eventbrite.
Metro Youth Club
Metro runs a regular group for LGBTQ+ people aged 13-19 who are based in London. For more information and to register head to Metro’s website.
London LGBTQ+ Carers
LGBT Carers of London is a regular meet-up and forum for LGBTQ people who perform unpaid care work for family and/or loved ones.
The group is open to anyone living in London. For information on in-person and online meetings sign up on Meetup.
DramaQueers
DramaQueers are a monthly meeting for LGBTQ+ theatre makers, actors, directors and writers.
The group runs workshops and drama practice for people of all levels once a month at the Centre.
DoIt London
DoIt London runs regular rapid HIV testing at the Centre and provides us with free condoms. Testing dates are announced through our social media. For more info on DoIt and to see their other services head to their website.
ACT UP London
ACT UP is a network of activists working towards ending the HIV pandemic through direct action and campaigning. The London group will be meeting once a month at the Centre from Jan 2023. Visit their website for more info and details on meetups.
Traveller Pride
Traveller Pride hosts a monthly meetup for LGBTQ+ Gypsy, Roma and Traveller (GRT) people from across the country. All meetings are a free and low-pressure setting to meet other GRT people and talk openly.

Queer Refugees Unite (Women’s Group)
Queer Refugees Unite is a group for LBT+ women and nonbinary asylum seekers and refugees. They meet monthly in a closed and confidential space. The group is open to new members and referrals. To join email us at [email protected].
Queer Chat And Craft
Chat and Craft is a regular weekend meetup for LGBTQ+ people to join and craft together. Bring your own craft projects and meet others in an open and casual space that is welcome to people of all abilities. All forms of craft are welcome and entrance is free. Queer Community Film Club
Our monthly film club aims to platform LGBTQ+ voices and stories. All screenings are free and are followed by an open discussion on the film and it’s themes. All events are announced through our social media channels.

Community Centre Book Club
The Centre’s monthly book club focuses on accessible and open discussions of queer stories and queer themes. The group meets at the Centre once a month and is open to all – you don’t need to have finished (or even started) the book!

Language Meet-ups
The Centre hosts a number of regular LGBTQ+ Language Meetups. These events are designed for native speakers and learners to come together in an open and welcoming environment. Please note that these groups are not formal lessons, and are suitable for people who are learning independently rather than absolute beginners.
