London LGBTQ+ Community Centre

For the community, by the community

Inspired by other major cities’ LGBTQ+ centres, our goal is to set up a safe, sober, intergenerational community centre and cafe for the LGBTQ+ community of London. It will serve as a meeting place,
a place to build connections, to reduce isolation through intergenerational contact, to provide information through a signposting and information service and a place where services for the LGBTQ+
community are facilitated under one roof. Similar centres have transformed the wellbeing and connectedness of the community in their area, and that’s what we will do too.

A New Queer London – take part in our research study

Our research study looks at the impact of Covid-19 on queer communities and spaces in London to inform our strategy for the Community Centre. We want our work towards a centre to be reflective of what the community wants and needs. We’re actively listening to the community, so tell us what you think.

Join us at Peckham Festival

We’ll be at Peckham Festival on 18 and 19 September, bringing you performances, panel discussions, film screenings and an opportunity to take part in our research focus groups.

And there’s an amazing programme of other events happening throughout the weekend too.

Peckham Festival is free to attend with no tickets required.

Our focus groups are 12-1 on both Saturday and Sunday and require registration for both. Please click the button below to register to attend.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

We are a completely community-driven grassroots initiative, and the work we do is solely done by a very small, very dedicated team of hardworking volunteers.
