UNBOUND: Release, Rewire and Rise
March 16 @ 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
£22.00
UNBOUND is a transformational 3-hour workshop designed to help participants break free from limitations, reclaim inner safety, and step into their power.
Through a dynamic blend of breathwork, embodiment practices, and self-exploration exercises, this workshop provides tangible tools to release fear, self-doubt, and old conditioning while fostering deep self-trust.
Alexandor will guide participants through a journey of nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and personal empowerment, helping them reconnect with their bodies and authentic expression.
The session includes a guided breathwork practice to facilitate emotional release and connecting mind-body-soul, teaching pieces on self-liberation and safety, and interactive exercises to embody newfound freedom.
The workshop is rooted in safety, self-expression, and community, creating a space where participants feel seen, held, and empowered. Whether they are struggling with self-doubt, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to deepen their connection to themselves, UNBOUND offers a powerful gateway to transformation.
Participants will leave feeling more grounded, self-assured, and open to expansion.
