LGBTQ+ Pilates

January 9, 2025 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Free
All levels LGBTQ+ Pilates class

A Pilates class for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

This class is designed to activate your core muscles, keep your joints mobile and give you time to focus on your body-mind connection. It will leave you feeling calm, energised and happy for having done it!

Mats are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Please note that I am not qualified to teach pre and post natal clients. As client safety is my number one concern, I’d ask pre and post natal people considering this event please seek a class tailored to that instead.

About the facilitator:

Hi there, I’m Roo (they/them/she/her) and I’m a qualified Pilates instructor. I think everyone can benefit from doing a little bit of Pilates in order to feel mobile, connected to your body and ready for the day ahead. I’m always excited to share this practice with new and experienced participants alike.
