Navigating NHS Mental Health Support and Understanding Mental Wellbeing

Accessing mental health support through the NHS can feel overwhelming, and many people are unsure where to start.
This event provides clear, practical guidance on navigating NHS mental health services, including self-referrals, available support and what to expect from therapy.
We will also explore common mental health difficulties, such as depression and anxiety disorders, in an interactive session led by your lived experiences. Alternatively, informal drop-in sessions will offer a relaxed space to ask questions and receive signposting to resources.
We’ll focus on information and understanding rather than psychological therapy, empowering you to take the next steps in your mental health journey.
There can be 1-2 comfort breaks and no need to stand.
