Queer Stories, Queer Legacies: Social Mixer and Storytelling Workshop
May 18 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Join Queer Global for a QTIPOC social mixer and storytelling workshop at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre!
As part of our heritage project, this special event features interactive icebreakers at the intersection of queerness, history, and identity. Together, we’ll delve into the ways our pasts—both personal and collective—shape who we are today.
What to expect:
5:30pm – Doors open – settle in and grab a refreshment
5:45pm – Welcome and introduction – learn more about the Queer Global Heritage Project
6:00pm – Fun and interactive mixer
6:30pm – Creative workshop – reflect on your journey by writing a letter to your younger self or another young queer person
7:00pm – Event concludes – with time to connect informally afterward
