The 11th House: Yin Yoga
May 2 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
FreeYin Yoga is a therapeutic practice that focuses on long-held (3-5 minutes) seated and reclining postures and is aimed at promoting relaxation and enhancing flexibility, while targeting deeper layers of fascia.
It’s rooted in three key principles – finding your edge, holding poses, and relaxing.
Yin Yoga encourages practitioners to comfortably feel a stretch without discomfort, followed by a period of surrender in stillness.
This gentle approach not only improves vitality and overall well-being but also contributes to stress reduction and emotional balance.
