IBUPROFEN-DATE (TAKE 2)

It took a century to meet you.
I looked down from my terrace and saw you waiting for me.

You were nice(-r) in person
and I wanted to kiss you
but I didn’t know if you did.

We were high on ibuprofen
to hide away from our pains,
to hide away from our bodies

telling us things were not just
fine.

We laughed,
we smiled
and we walked slowly.

Four hours passed by.
Let’s buy some more ibuprofen,
boba.
