Hi, my name is Jamie, a non-binary person who has always used writing poetry to help express things I didn’t fully understand about myself or know how to say out loud.
I’ve always found short form poetry the biggest draw – Haiku’s in particular. They gave me the rules I needed to fit complex thoughts into order.
