TAMED STORMS
As I sit upon this storm night sky,
Droplets of rain came crawling by.
With their calm cold kiss against my face,
I seldom lie against its embrace.
Soon came, its full unyielding force,
I chose to stay, to face my course.
Lashing and screaming; my ears were ringing.
Throughout its screeching, one could here gentle singing.
I stood my ground, and held my stance,
The storm just stared, and began to dance.
I gazed upon the bright night spectacle,
A grand display, that was just unforgettable.
It danced around me, enveloped in rain,
Just for a second, It took away the pain.
It was fun while it lasted, ourselves from the norm,
I hope to meet it again, to tame the oncoming storm.
