“My name is Imale My IG handle is @nthengwaa, blog – https://nthengwaa.blogspot.com/
Creating is my passion, the ability to make something new with what you have or to create something from nothing brings joy to me. In the kitchen, I enjoy experimenting and showing my friends and family my creations in hopes to encourage them to think differently about nutrition, taste and meat-free food. It’s easy to feel as though we eat the same thing day to day, this class will be using what we have to create something new adventurous and free from meat. A fun way to create in the kitchen with what is at hand. Cooking as self-care. “
For their #QueerSkillsSwap workshop, Imale is sharing how they make their Ifisashi using improvised ingredients they could find in their local supermarket.
